Please note:  there are THREE sections to this page.

SECTION 1:  An eight-question form to be completed AFTER contact has been made with a business (this includes dentists/doctors/personal ads).

SECTION 2 "Publicity and Show Ads Spreadsheet":  A spreadsheet that will automatically be generated with the information from the above 8-question form.  After you complete the form in the first section, press "SUBMIT".  Your information will automatically flow to this spreadsheet.  You do not have to enter new data into this spreadsheet.  If you have a correction to the data, please email wlwmusical@gmail.com.  The information in this spreadsheet is for your reference to see which business have actually been contacted by cast members.

SECTION 3 "Publicity and AD Locations Spreadsheet":  This spreadsheet is from the sign-up table at Thursday's parent/student meeting.  It lists local business and those students/parents that signed up to contact the businesses regarding a program ad and also for putting up a poster/table tents/fliers.  If you see a business that no one has signed up to contact, please go ahead and do so!  Then, fill out the form at the top of the link to let us know the results.
